The default and tree policies are now parameters to solver templates,
allowing custom types to be used. One tree policy is used for regular
sequential moves and the other for simultaneous moves. Two variations of
the UCB policy have also been added, and the tree policy headers have
been restructured to contain both the policy class and optionally its
own specialised node class. The solver now infers the required node type
from the policy class.
